Who is it for?
The alpha course is for everyone and especially
those who want to find out more about the Christian faith. We
don't assume any prior knowledge and you do not have to go to church
either before or after the course.
And you're not on your own: over 2 million people
in the UK have now completed an alpha course!
What
happens?
It's a 10 week
course which is usually held in some-one's home.
Supper: Each week we start
with a cooked meal and time to relax and get to know each other.
Talk: We then watch a DVD which
introduces the topic for the evening
Discussion: After that, it's coffee
and time to discuss, learn and ask questions. No question is too
simple, strange or challenging.
And it's free - there is no charge made for the
alpha course or the meals.
